Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Login to the store and then choose "Order History". You can
search by the order ID or do a generic search based on the date of the
order. Each order will be displayed in a list. Clicking on the list will
give you the order details. The status will also show. If the status
says "processed", your order is in process but has not been mailed. If
the status is "complete", your order has been shipped. You will also
receive status emails along the way.

Q: Can I return an item once purchased?
A: Items purchased directly from our store may be returned for any
reason within 30 days. We will refund the purchase price of the item
less actual shipping costs. After 30 days, we may accept a return for valid reasons.

Q: Do you make everything you sell?
A: I wish I had that much time! No, some of the items sold in Sparkle!
are originals by me. These are located under the subcategories labeled
Sparkle! Originals. We also sell handcrafted items made by other jewelry
artisans. Inside our retail store you will find an even greater array of
artisan jewelry, sterling silver and fashion jewelry.
Q: How soon will you ship an item I have purchased?
A: We will typically ship within 24 hours of your purchase except on
Sunday. If shipping is delayed for any reason, we will let you know. You
will receive an email confirming shipping when your item has been
shipped.
Q: Will you make a necklace or bracelet longer or shorter?
A: We can usually shorten a necklace or bracelet at no charge.
Email
us before purchasing the item to verify. Lengthening is a bit more
complicated, though may be possible depending on the style and
materials. There will be a restringing charge for lengthening an item
and this will vary depending on the materials and length required. We do
have
extender chains available for purchase which will add 2" to a
necklace.
