Photos of the
renovation of the Honest Alley Exchange! P11
9/17 - drywall has been installed in my space - it's not finished
yet but coming along fast!
More drywall
My new walls and office door!
Inside my storage/office area. Yes, it's small, but it's actually
bigger than I thought it would be and all that is needed.
The city is doing some work on the water main to allow us to tap
into it.
The fronts of the larger retail storefronts have been painted
Most of the drywall is now in - they are beginning to install the
HVAC. This duct will be exposed and I think I'm going to paint it dark
purple!
More work done on the HVAC today - still a little more to do but I
would imagine this will be complete on 9/21.
The HVAC unit inside the mechanical closet.
The drywall in most of the unit has been finished and sanded really
smooth. I've never seen so much dust in all my life!!!!!! There is still
some drywall that needs to be installed inside my closet before we can
paint. We have to wait for the plumbing to be installed before we can
get the next inspection and close up the walls.
The metal steps that end right in front of my space were installed.
They still need to complete the rails and the landing but this is a big
thing to get behind us!
More concrete was poured for the front today.
Framing for some additional concrete to be poured behind the steps.
I believe there will be more stonework added in the curve behind the
steps.
