Thank you for visiting Sparkle! I'm Meg and this store was born as a result of my love of jewelry! I have always loved a little "Sparkle" and being a crafty sort I began to make my own jewelry. Little by little the jewelry making became an obsession and to my surprise, some folks began to mention the interesting jewelry pieces they noticed me wearing. I began to think perhaps I should begin to make items to sell!

To test the waters, I partnered up with another artisan jeweler, Gwendy's Gems, and held several home parties including handcrafted items as well as sterling silver and other fashion jewelry. People really loved the unique jewelry and broad selection. I started thinking larger - how about a really unique boutique in downtown Lawrenceville that featured handcrafted jewelry by lots of different artisans? I also had a lot of folks encourage me to take my store online. And so I began to work on my life changing dream...

Our online store opened on January 25 and we have had some success while we learned the ropes of ecommerce. The site has now gone through several upgrades and this is our newest version. It's so much cleaner and prettier, I think, and my new shopping cart is much easier to use and more reliable.

I am spending a lot of time these days working on our "brick and mortar" location which  opened in November 2007 here in beautiful historic Lawrenceville, GA . Click here for more information on our new retail location.
